This Crops Tour will explore the basic principles of Agroecology being applied at Stone Barns as we move through our seven-acre crops production areas. These include our main vegetable field, ley rotation pasture and greenhouse. We will discuss crop rotations and good soil management as well as the importance of collaborative seed breeding and our strategy for incorporating education into all of this.
